Virtual Assistant

We are an international firm looking for a virtual assistant.
You have the flexibility of working from home!
Working hours: 6 PM – 3 AM or 5 PM – 2 AM from Monday until Friday


Role Description: 

  1. Having Sales and CRM abilities for reaching clients
  2. ICDL and capability of fast searching to find urgent solutions for urgent situations
  3. Respond attentively & with urgency to client requests by email 
  4. Ensure that our clients receive a warm welcome and get their responses on time
  5. Handle meeting requests in a friendly, warm, and professional manner
  6. Ability to summarize meeting videos by video editing apps (Adobe Premiere preferred)

Requirements for this Role:

  • English Communications
  • Sales and CRM 
  • ICDL (Including Advanced Excel)
  • Strong administrative, customer service/client care experience preferred
  • Video Editing
  • Must be computer savvy
  • Enjoy supporting behind-the-scenes PLUS emailing people
  • Strong file management & process documentation experience
